A clinic, a bank counter, a school office, a godown gate, a post office, a salon, a busy restaurant — the queue looks different, but it’s always the same day: people standing around, and staff spending their time calling out names.

We built one platform for both halves of that day — the walk-in line and the slots booked ahead of it. People get a live status link on their own phone, so they can wait wherever they like and come in exactly when it’s their turn.

Joining should be just as easy. Staff can add someone in seconds, or you can put a QR code at your door and let people add themselves — so nobody at the counter has to stop serving to take down a name.

Nothing here assumes what kind of business you run. You pick your business type and the wording follows — waitlist and covers, queue and patients, slot bookings and vehicles — and the intake form asks for whatever you actually need.

We’re building for India first — WhatsApp-first notifications, local payment options, and pricing that makes sense for small businesses — with a foundation that scales as you grow to multiple counters, branches and teams.
