Everything you need to know before you set up your first queue — whatever you run.

Any business where people wait or book a slot — clinics and hospitals, banks, post offices and government counters, schools and colleges, godowns and warehouses, retail stores, salons, restaurants and service desks. You pick your business type at signup, and the wording, intake fields and settings follow from it.

Yes. A restaurant sees “waitlist”, “reservations”, “covers” and “guests”; a clinic sees “queue”, “appointments” and “patients”; a godown sees “slot bookings”, “vehicles” and “drivers”. It’s the same system underneath, labelled the way your staff already talk.

No. They get a link over WhatsApp (or from your staff) and open it in any browser to see their live status. They can also turn on free browser notifications from that same link.

Yes. Every branch gets its own QR code — print it and put it up at your entrance or counter. People scan it, enter their name and phone, and join the line themselves without anyone at the desk having to stop what they’re doing. You can turn it off per branch at any time.

Yes. Alongside the walk-in queue you can take bookings ahead of time — appointments, reservations or slot bookings, in your own words — with your opening hours, slot length and capacity per slot. Staff can also take a booking over the phone, and bookings and walk-ins show up in the same day view.

Four channels: WhatsApp, SMS, an automated voice call, and browser push on the status link. Each branch chooses which ones it uses. Browser push is always free; WhatsApp is bundled with your plan and metered beyond it.

Yes. One business account can hold as many branches as you need, each with its own hours, service points, QR code, display board, settings and history. Insights and history can be read per branch.

Yes. Members are owners, admins or staff — settings, team and billing are admin-only — and a staff member can be scoped to only the branches they actually work at.

Yes. Each branch has a public display board page you can open on any TV or monitor in the waiting area, showing who is being served now and who is next.

Estimated wait times are computed directly from your configured average service time and parallel service points, scaling cleanly with queue position.

Yes. Staff can optionally assign a specific counter, room, table or desk number when calling someone.

Yes. You can upload PDF or image documents — a menu, a price list, a form, instructions — and post offers or announcements directly on the status page people are already looking at.

You can set an optional grace time. People who are called but don’t arrive within it are automatically marked as no-show — or you can remove them manually.

Yes. Each queue starts fresh at #1 every business day, automatically, in your branch’s own timezone and closing time — including branches that trade past midnight.

Absolutely — the Free plan lets you run a live queue with WhatsApp notifications at no cost.
